How to reflect data in one row when data of continuous period provided in multiple rows?

Question

Hi,

Would there be any possibility to combine data in one row reflecting an initial start date and “final” end date (marked yellow in the attached picture) if it concerns:

* the same ID
* the same reason
* period is continuous (calendar days)

Attached is a detailed picture with my comments and a sample of input data file.

I would appreciate your support on this.
