How to pivot and make multiple columns to one column

Question

Hi,

I want the data to be structured so I have all the prices listed in 1 column and not in several. This is because I have data from 2009Q1 to 2019Q4 but all the quarters are in its own Excel-file.

Therefore, I want the data set to be changed like this:

If it doesn't make sense I've also attached an Excel-file of how it looks (2009K1) and how it's supposed to look (2009Q1).

I hope some of you can help me make my data sets look like how I want them to be.
