How to perform Pivot in Alteryx with same Output as Excel

I have a pivot in excel that displays both Vertical and Horizontal "Grand Total". How can I perform the same in Alteryx?

see attached Input and the Output that I want to achieve. Would appreciate any help here.

@mattinoc One way of doing this with the Cross Tab tool

The Cross Tab will do this and also generate the Sum for Row and Column.

We can then use the Dynamic Rename to cleanse the column names.
