How to pass multiple dynamic parameters to the expression of a filter?

I have a Store Procured running against a MS database. The query has a where statement with 10 parameters as shown below. I can able to pass one parameter but when I added the rest of the parameters return no record. I am new to Alteryx and I need help how I can accomplish this? I would like user to be able to filter as their need using those parameters.

Yes, it run with no error but it doesn't display any record.
