How to open password protected excel in Alteryx

I am currently trying to open password protected excel file but I'm having issues with my companies restrictions. The below solution/solves do not work as I am unable to install the required library which makes the error to continue. Does anyone have a work around solution where an outside tool is not required to be installed? (using R/python or any other method?)
