How to merge two data files that have similar data, but have different column titles

I am really enjoying using Alteryx, and appreciate the innovation this software provides to professionals in the data analytics field. As an aspiring accountant, I see the value of being of being proficient in this software. I have a question. When you have two different sets of data that have similar information, but they have different column titles. What is the best tool on Alteryx to merge these two files?

The Union tool! You can manually configure, or align by position if the names are different.
