How to make detour tool user defined

Hi,

I had data like in this format.

ID amount
1 33
2 44234
3 454
4 65

I need to write an email if the no. of records are greater than 5 . Basically I'm trying to use detour tool with user  input of count >5  but I'm not succeeding. Can anyone help?

Hi @vamsey 

You can build a workflow like this and pass To email id from a formula. This way if count <=5 then no rows are generated after filter hence no To email is set to send the email.
