How to make combo on the basis of month

I am trying to add a new column in my Alteryx workflow for Product combination on monthly basis. Please see the details in the attached file.

Hi @Learner09 

I couldn't quite work out why the first row in Example 1 was SMB and not SMB+NOR. So I've created two outputs in the attached workflow. See if either suit your needs.
