How to join multiple input files where the number of columns can be dynamic?

Hi,

I have two data sets where, the information are same differentiated by data volume and also, number of columns can be more or less like T1,T2,T3 and so on.
The end goal would be to use the input files Test Template 1 and 2 and combine them by configuring them in the INPUT tool with '*' such that it can load the data in a consolidated form attached as OUTPUT.

Now I am avoiding using JOIN tool at the beginning because I will be dealing with max.50 such inputs which can have variable set of columns, but can not be combined with '*'  in the INPUT tool to join them at the start and then perform merging with other tools. I would want to select all such templates in a folder which would have the word 'Test' in the file name such that '*' can be used to load all of them at once.

But it seems that's not working as the number of columns across these 2 data sets are different.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

Store your files in a folder. Then use the wildcard. Make sure to enable full path. Follow below:
