How to interpret Experian CAPE data?

Hi there, I am new to the business insights license and was just trying to explore the data a little more. I've gone through the consumer view matching process to append individual and household demographic data to our customers. Most of the fields make sense except for these CAPE fields. I've looked through the documentation but I may have missed something - I'm just not sure what these values actually mean? Especially with CAPE - there's so many of these percentage values formatted as 4 digit codes, and I'm  not sure how to correctly interpret these?

If a customer lives in an area with a 0024 % Spanish Speaking value... does that mean 2.4% of the population speaks spanish in that area? Thanks for any help!

@Alayna

To be able to answer that question it will needed to look at the full set of data, to understand what type of data is been collected. And even after looking at the full data not sure if can give an answer with full certainty about it, only would be an assumption.

The best way will be to contact the source of this data and simply ask them what does these values means.

@OTrieger - this is data being sold by Alteryx - so @Alayna 's question should be pretty straight forward to anyone who sells business insights. I don't have the answer/use this data - but it's a totally solid question as is.

Thanks @OTrieger and @apathetichell , Yes this is Experian data sold by Alteryx so I thought there would be some knowledge articles. But I will try to reach out to my company's sales rep and look around the Experian website in the meantime!
