How to interact with Excel's pivot tables?

While automating an excel file, I need to interact with pivot tables inside it, like interacting with it's various data filters etc, through alteryx. How do I do this? 

(Note : When I tried looking this up, I only found resources for creating excel pivot tables through Alteryx, not how to automate excel sheets that have pivot tables by interacting with them.)

What do you mean by interact? Just rad the data from the Pivot or also to write into the Pivot?
