How to have cell comments from an excel input in an alteryx output

Hi,

Is it possible to have cell comments from an excel input file transfer through the workflow into the excel output?

Even though it is not the answer you are looking for. I believe that it is not possible. You can do something similar and have those comments populate as a new cell to a new column and have something "similar" to it. But exactly what you want, would not be possible. At least that I have ever seen it.

This solution only seems to extract the comments from the excel file, it doesn't allow for the comment to stay as a cell comment in the output file.
