Hi @AishwaryaDevaraj - A user should be able to deactivate a license themselves by going to Options -> Manage Licenses in a situation like where they receive a new laptop and need to move it. If you are referring to add another license admin with access to the license portal and all machines, you will want to send an email to fulfillment@alteryx.com and they will be able to assist.
