How to get license Key

Hi,

My Alteryx Desktop (trail version) stopped opening with the below error. To open a ticket with support team I need license key and I am not able to get since the application is not opening. Is there any way I can find the License key ?

"Message: Unable to cast object of type 'System.Xml.XmlComment' to type"

Is it not possible to trace back how did you receive the license? from your Alteryx Administrator?

Another way if you have not tried is to open a case in the Mission Control of Maveryx Community.
