How to get extended valid licence after passing core exam

Hi  friend,

Is there anyone from Alteryx company can help me extend my desktop licence ( account :bluceli168@gmail.com) another 90 days so that i can continue practising and preparing for the alteryx advanced exam ? i had passed core exam last month  and the auto AI robot from alteryx reply that i can do this via opening case to my alteryx staff, and i had wrote(send case) to him/her since last week but still not getting any feedback ?

The most recommended approach is to email fulfillment@alteryx.com. They handle trial and license extension requests for Designer Desktop.

You’ve already done this, but if you haven’t received a response, you can escalate by:

- Logging into Alteryx Support and checking your case status.
- Mark the case as “Request Attention” if possible.

else Check Spam/Junk Folder for Alteryx emails (sometimes OTP or case updates land there).

- Keep your Core Certification proof handy; some users mentioned attaching certificates helped expedite the process.
