How to generate row after a certain set of data?

I have the below data set. I need to create rows after each data set. How do I do that? Please help.

Hello @SCK ,

It is may be silly what I did and I am sure there may be an easier way.

I am thinking this should be a dummy row generator macro.

I will give it a go.
