Please check the attached table. I want to add a new row "PD" in the 'Function' column. 'Technology Innovation_Advancement' numbers for "PD" will be the addition of functions "AS" + "DPT" + "DST" + "D&FDPT" . And same formula for 'TOTAL_FTE'.
Stuck on this for a very long time. Please advise,
