How to find the person that last logged in from a list?

I assume this is done with the summarize tool.  I need to find the person that last logged in grouped by the Group number.  Only the last logged in person, so each Group will only have 1 entry.

Group	Person	Last Login
1	john	1/1/22
1	james	1/2/16
2	jim	1/5/18
2	jill	5/6/14
3	mike	1/5/20
3	steve	1/1/22
3	larry	2/2/20

The result should be:

Group	Person	Last Login
1	john	1/1/22
2	jim	1/5/18
3	steve	1/1/22

Here's one way:

1. Convert the date to proper date format
2. Sort by Group/Date
3. Use the sample tool to take the first record for each group. Because of the sorting this will be the latest.
