How to find the last WORK day of the month?

Hi All,

How could I write a formula that return the last work day of an input month?

For example,

July 31st, 2021 is a Saturday --> return July 30th,2021

June 30th, 2021 is a Wednesday --> return June 30th, 2021

February 28th, 2021 is a Sunday --> return February 26th, 2021
