How to filter out duplicate fields?

I want to filter out the fields that have more than one instance.  For example below, I want the 2 dog fields to be filtered out.  I tried Unique tool, but this separates 1 dog as a unique field, and the other dog as a duplicate.  

Dog

Dog

Cat

Snake
