How to edit row rule by using formula

I need change background colour to blue for row 3 and row 6. I know how to change it for only row 3 or row 6 by creating 2 rules for row 3 and row 6. I believe this can done by formular much easy, can anyone help how to write the formular?

I will recommend to add Record ID, 

Then use the formula where Record ID <=6 and Record ID >=3
