How to duplicate specific rows within a table?

Hello,

I have a table in alteryx which looks like so:

Country	Target	Category
America and Canada	70	4
China and Taiwan	50	4
Australia and New Zealand	20	4
France and Germany	35	4

I want to concatenate the Country field and create new rows so that the table now looks like below:

Note that the values in Target and Category will remain the same.

Country	Target	Category
America	70	4
Canada	70	4
China	50	4
Taiwan	50	4
Australia	20	4
New Zealand	20	4
France	35	4
Germany	35	4

Any idea how I can do it? It seems so simple but I can't figure it out.

Formula  and  'text to cols'  tools can get expected results .

I didn't know you could 'split to rows' as I've only ever used 'split to columns' haha I feel silly... thanks!
