You shoud receive an email like below a few days after you passed the test.

Hi @RameshSrinivasan 

 

It usually takes 48 hrs to get the email. If don't receive it even after 48 hrs you can drop an email to certification@alteryx.com. Your badge on your community profile and your credly badge is as good as your certificate and can be used as proof to show you have completed the certification.
