How to define blank rows with what is there before it?

The data set has a column with company names and the form of growth they had (Organic, Product acquisition, total, etc.). I want to pull the company names in a separate column and also, the form of growth in a separate column.. even filling the ones with the blank cells after it with what's there at the top. Can we do this in Alteryx?

For instance, In Cells A3-A62, I want "Organic" and similarly "In-licensed" in A63 till the next head comes. Also, the company names like "AbbVie" pulled in separate column too. (we have multiple companies with the same data format)
