How to create table to give pivoted view of the data

I'm looking to achieve table view as per above shared in the image- 1 field to be merged, header fields to be color coded- How this can be achieved?

- color in headers? Look at Reporting tools, mainly the table tool

- clearing labels from rows? Look at the Multi Row Formula tool
