How to create growth rates (absolute and relative) depending on two columns?

As you can probably see from this question, I am pretty new to alteryx. Can somebody tell how to create the last two columns (see attached xlxs) in alteryx by calculating the absolute growth ((Artist: "peter" ; CW "2") MINUS (Artist: "peter" ; CW "1") ) and so on. Same pattern for the relative growth...
Thanks in advance and I hope I don't bore you experts :)

I don't know that I understand the data, but it sounds like you should look into the Multi-Row Formula tool. Your workflow might end up looking something like this:
