How to create formulas based on prior calculated values

I have attached a subset of my data and I need to create a series of calculations based on fields that come before it. Sheet1 contains what I was given and Sheet2 is my desired result with the formulas.

It is kinda an intestesting question.
I can obiously done by Excel, but  I only come up this bit length one.
