How to create an aggregate column (Current line till the last line of the table)

I have a cash flow serious which I calculate their present value (colum "PMT PV")

I want to sum all the values from the current line till the last line of the table.

(I attached my spreadsheet as an example so you can see the formulas under the column "Liability")

Would it work if you add a recordID, sort descending order, add running total, and sort ascending order?

The running tool is new to me
