How to create a workflow using this type of data

I have an Excel report that shows forecast for a PN and then the planned Supply and the Delta is just a simple calculation. I want to create this in Alteryx but here is my question. I usually have data running horizontally and then do a calculation but this file is done vertically with every 3rd row having the calculation so I am not sure how to structure this. Does anyone have an example to share to see how this may be done. This may be easy but I am not sure where to start at.
