How to create a pivot table in alteryx

Question

In excel when you pivot off data you have the option of putting the fields in either "rows", "columns" or "values". Our current data has segments listed in one field. We want the data to group the segments and show it in separate columns. In excel this would be done by dragging the field to the "columns" section. How can I accomplish this in Alteryx?
