How to convert days or qtr in to months through alteryx

Hi Team,

My sql code contain one coloumn called  ' frequency '.

This coloumn contains values like below:

22 months

745 days

34years

5qtrs

60 days

I want to convert all these values in to months Like

60 days should be 2 months ( through alteryx)

I tried to search ,but couldn't get the specfic results. 

Please help how can we convert these values into months using alteryx.
