How to consume a maxmind file using Alteryx

Question

I'm trying to find a way to ingest a maxmind file into Alteryx so that I can utilize the IP information. I have considered using a java or python script to save it as a csv or load into a database, but I'd rather not make this a multi step process.  Any thoughts on how to ingest a maxmind file within a Alteryx workflow?

I don't have any experience with maxmind files; do you have an example to share for testing?
