How to connect Google Drive on the alteryx designer

Hi,

I am trying to connect google drive access to my Alteryx designer, when i clicked on Connect, its keep on buffering, what to do to resolve the issue?

Can anyone help me here...

Hi Ravi - I am glad we were able to narrow down the issue! As for your second point, I am not sure about server/designer compatibility between different versions.

Make sure that your designer and the GoogleDrive connector are up to date. This could be version mismatch issue.

Thanks for the quick reply, now i got some clarity on it, When i see the google drive connector details on the website, it says that from 2021.4 versions of Alteryx Designer is compatible. But, server version is of my org is 2021.1, so i installed Alteryx designer 2021.1, can i upgrade my designer to 2021.4, does this new version(designer 2021.4) supports/compatible to the Server 2021.1 version?
