How to compare two Excel files to identify mismatch in data

Can someone help me with how to incorporate (for beginner) two Excel files to identify mismatch in data? I am finding some answers with tools that I am not familiar with. I created Workflow, however I must make sure both files I am comparing are match. Thanks
