How to combine multiple workbooks with different tabs with different schema

Hello Friends / Alteryx champs,

I am new to Alteryx world and stuck in a situation where i want to club multiple workbooks with different tabs and also having different schema..how to combine the same and get the output.

i have made some sample data (4 months employee details) and attaching the same. can you please help to get the solution around the same.
