How to classify data in each row to a specific category in a new column?

Hi community, 

I am trying to categorize data in each row to a specific category, depending what is contained in the row. 

Please refer the attached excel for Input and desired output.

There may be a better way, but I used "comma" separater to see if it is "Global" or not.
