How to check whether one cell of the column contains any one cell of one column data

I've met one problem, which is how to check whether one cell of the column(pic 1)contains any one cell of one column data(pic 2)

the results are supposed to be like below:

 

ABCDEET OPS_DE    returns    OPS  
CFDSET SE                returns    SE
IF KE SI                       returns    NO_MATCH

 

the sample data is provided below.
