How to change the layout of the dataset

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to Alteryx, I've been studying Alteryx for a while now and I love it! However, I'm really having a hard time using the Cross Tab and Transpose tool. Is there any tutorial videos regarding Cross Tab and Transpose Tool recommended?

In addition,  if I have an input layout like this, 

How can I use the Cross Tab or Transpose Tool to change the layout to the following format? Is there any other tool needed?
