How to change the format of a DateTime Stamp

Hi There, 

 

I currently have a string in the format of MM/dd/yyyy and id like to change it to the datetime of dd/MM/yyy

You can use the datetime tool or use an expression like this one:

 

DateTimeFormat([DateTimeField],"%d/%m/%Y")

 

AND save it to a string.

Hi @KCAgentProvocateur,

 

you can use a formula:

DateTimeFormat(DateTimeParse([Field1], '%m/%d/%Y'), '%d/%m/%Y')

The result will be a string field, date type is always YYYY-mm-dd in Alteryx.
