how can i show the buyer and Date if i got this template "This Property is sold to Buyer 1 last Date." How can i call the cell Buyer and the Date if i got a template word

You could use a formula tool and enter the below formula:

 

"This Property is sold to "+[Buyer 1] +" last "+[Date]
