How to calculate the deciles from a grouped data

Hi Everyone, 

I have a frequency table. Can you please help me to calculate the deciles out of the classes? 

I have also attached some sample data as an attachment for reference.

Any lead will be highly appreciated..!!

There's probably a much more elegant way of doing this, but see if the attached seeeeeeeems right...

Thank you for the workflow. But when I ran the same above workflow for a different frequency distribution, I can see that 2 different decile values are present for the same class interval. Is it possible to have 2 decile values in the same class interval?  

I have attached the Sample data and the output that I am getting as an attachment for reference. 

Any help will be highly appreciated...!!!!!!!!
