How to calculate number of days using two columns in a logic

Hi,

I would like to use the attached sample to determine number of days.

For an example, in the attached sample I have two columns with Date (sorted in ascending order) and Skill.

This is the same record but has been reassigned to different skills multiple times.

I would like determine:

How many days from the day of receival on "UWGLSERVSA" skill until first  "BO. BaNCSCB. Reinstatement. SA" skill as highlighted in the sample.

Would it be possible using In-Database tools?

Here's one way. In-DB tools would depend on your DB and process.
