How to add table Header border in top and bottom end of the header for a multipage Report

Hi,

 

I am creating a multipage report. My goal is to add table header border ( only in top and bottom of header) in each page. I tried using the row formula with #row =1 and with Border-top style. but it is only giving me border in the first page, not in all pages. is there any way we can achieve it?
