How to add previous cell to current cell to get new total?

Hi All,

I'm trying to add the previous cell to get the total to date but having a bit of trouble figuring out how to go about this one?

essentially, I want Day 1=Day1, Day 2= Day2+Day1, Day3=Day1+2+3 and so on.

Any ideas here? Picture attached for an idea.

Sounds you need a running total tool.

The date is 1, 2,3, 4,5?

Ah yes, I need a running total tool. Is that a standard tool within Alteryx?

Edit: I'm seeing it, but by using it this is what I'm getting. It doesn't appear to be adding the numbers together
