How to add conditions in formula tool through a parameter file

Hi All,

I have a file where we have below condition available, I need to pass these conditions dynamically through the parameter file.

condition: Q1>0 and Country=32

Fields and Values can be changed as per the requirement.

I would be great ful for your prompt reply.
