How to add a new line to sum of the values ​​from column 1 to 4

Hi There,

 

How can I add a new line to sum of the values from column car1 to column car4?

I need your help!

Just want to clarify that given the example data it seems you actually want a total column not row is that correct?

 

A couple of ways to achieve this.

 

First of all you can use a standard formula tool and 'add a field', which would be...

 

[Car1]+[Car2]+[Car3]+[Car4]

 

Note for this to work you would have to replace any NULL values with zeros, this can be done easiest using the data cleanse tool.

 

Alternatively, and in a more dynamic manner (say if the number of columns changed or more [car] fields were added, you could transpose your data and then use a summerize tool before joining back, as shown in the below image.
