How to access different excel worksheets present in a SharePoint list file.

Hi all,

 

I have a SharePoint list where it has an excel file with multiple worksheets in it. I only have read access to this SharePoint list.  

I need to read the data from each excel worksheet present in a SharePoint list. 

 

How would I access the worksheets using SharePoint input list tool?

Hello Teja,

 

I dont know if this works with SharePoints as well, but this is how I would read multiple excel files from a directory:

 

1. Use the directory Input Tool

2. Specify the needed directory

3. Connect the directory tool to the Input Batch Tool (Download the macro if needed)

4. Select the full path of the files. Should look like this:

Hi @stj1120 , I might have misunderstood your use case, but I would recommend giving a try to our Sharepoint Files connector, which allows for reading multiple sheets and files at once (assuming they have identical structure). Latest Designer, i.e. 21.3.3, is required.
