How to Use Same Input Filename to a Output Filename but in different Location

Can Anyone help ? what configuration I need to do in order for me to use the same file name that I use for input that will result to an Output file using the same filename? 

Source: C:\Records\Abc_123.xls

Output: C:\Records\Out\Abc_123.xlsx

Can Anyone help me create the workflow?
