How to Summarize the last 'non blank' comment ?

Good morning,

Y have a new question.

the input is?

Ticket	Comment
A	comment 1
B
C	comment 1
A
C	comment 2
B	comment 1
A	comment 2
A	comment 3
B
C
D

What I want is

Ticket	Comment
A	comment 3
B	comment 1
C	comment 2
D

I am using the Summarize tool selecting the action "Last" but what I receive is some fields empty because the last comment is empty but I need to know the last non blank comment.

I hope it make sense.
