How to Parse PDF in AlS

Hi, I'm very new to this tool Alteryx Intelligence Suite and I have been playing with Computer Vision tools. I'm wondering how I can parse the highlited values without having to annotate it one by one or manually. I have tried a different workaroundS, however, it is not working.

This might help you have an idea of what is possible and how to do it. The first path there I gave up because I do not know the pattern of Code to create a RegEx to split into columns.
